NorCal Pro Construction took our rental property from run down to luxury. We had a tenant in our Hayward house that did not maintain our rental property. Once NPC completed their work we were able to sell our home for above market price.
I was referred to NPC by a friend and they were great. I had a leaking skylight in my entry way. They replaced the skylight and area that was damaged by the water. They weather proofed it and did touched up paint around the area. Thank you NPC!

Josh and his team installed our new front door from wood to a custom metal security door. They did a great job on the alignment, Weather proofing and over all look. We also changed our entrance way from a checkered tile to a beautiful light wood laminate. We’re very impressed by their craftsmanship.

I had Josh wire a Nest Learning thermostat and some other jobs around the house. Each item was handled expeditiously, and with thoughtfulness. I was consulted on different options before the item was completed. I really appreciated that interactive approach, because sometimes there are esthetic or practical implications that should be discussed. Josh is a good communicator.

Josh did an excellent job restoring original doors in our house. He removed unsightly locks and sanded them down. The doors now look as if the locks were never there. He was very professional, timely, thorough, great at taking any feedback we had and he ended up perfecting five of the doors in our old but special house! Will be using Josh again!
So, I’m not much for “handymen”. Let’s face it, what guy doesn’t think they are handy? So while my hopes were for someone who was closer to a finish carpenter than, say, Ikea assembly (not that the latter isn’t a killer), I really didn’t know what I was gonna get with Josh. Surprise. The good kind. He rocks. Skilled, pleasant, cares about doing things well (as an example, he pushed back on one of my ideas of marking and cutting multiple panels at the same time, because he thought it would reduce our quality). You would be hard pressed to find better
Josh was amazing! From the get-go he was very communicative and engaged, and showed up right on time. He obviously has mad skills and knows his stuff.
